The project aims at organizing a conference for students from all scientific fields at the University of National and World Economy in order to provoke interest among colleagues from other universities at home and abroad. The purpose is to attract students with different points of view. APPROVED PARTICIPANTS
Accommodation costs of the participants who wish to be accommodated in campus are covered. Dormitories are near the university where the conference will take place and are part of the largest university complex in Bulgaria.
Participants will be accommodated in rooms for two people and the rooms will be near the places where Bulgarian students have fun.
The participants who want to rent a room in a hotel can contact the organizers who will help them with reservations and the choice of the hotel. Hotel expenses are not covered.
Travel expenses to and from Bulgaria are not covered.
Representatives of the organizers will welcome participants at Sofia airport and transport them to campus and back. Accommodation costs in dormitories are covered by the organizers.
Two lunch meals and two dinners are also covered – 8th and 9th November.
Participants from abroad will be constantly accompanied by representatives of the organizers.
The programme of the participants outside the conference will be reported afterwards.
